I am a Nepalese film director and media professional with extensive experience in the Nepalese media industry. I made my debut as a film director with the movie *Nishana* and have since directed several notable films including *Bhul Bhaya Maaf Gara*, *Kaslai Diu Yo Joban*, *Miss U*, and *3 Lovers*. In addition to feature films, I have directed over 100 music videos, documentary films, and television commercials.
With over a decade of experience, my career in the media industry began at Radio Lumbini in Manigram, Rupandehi. I have also worked as a Radio Jockey (RJ) at Synergy FM in Chitwan and Nepal FM in Kathmandu. My work as a Program Producer and Video Jockey (VJ) for Nepal Television, Kantipur Television, and Channel Nepal has earned me wide recognition.
Currently, I reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where I serve as the Chairman of Maya Digital. This organization operates a global online platform dedicated to promoting the Nepali language, culture, and knowledge. Additionally, I run a podcast show, *Namaste USA*, which is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. The show features a wide range of guests and covers various sectors of society.
In recognition of my contributions to the Nepali film industry, the Ministry of Information and Communication of Nepal appointed me as a member of both the Central Film Censor Board and the Film Development Board. I have also held the positions of Secretary for the Directors Guild of Nepal and the Nepal Film Producers Association (NFPA).
Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply committed to social work. As the President of "We For All," I have been actively involved in relief and reconstruction efforts following the April 2015 Nepal earthquake. I was honored with the "Contribution Award" by the Prime Minister of Nepal in 2015 for my significant role in earthquake rehabilitation efforts. My passion for helping those in need remains a driving force in my life.
